Grandma Sparks Molasses Cookies

GRANDMA SPARKS MOLASSES COOKIES

1 cup sugar/ 1 cup Molasses
1 cup shortening /1 tsp soda
3/4 cup milk/ 2 eggs
3 tsp baking powder /3 tsp spices (allspice, ginger, cinnamon or omit allspice use cloves)
1/2 tsp salt /enough flour to make like sugar cookie dough

Roll 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter. Cook on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 oven. (Can frost with cream cheese frosting!!!)
